Dr Laura Whyte is a dedicated General Practitioner with a deep-rooted connection to Queensland. Originally hailing from the Gold Coast and now based in Brisbane, Dr Whyte brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for providing quality healthcare to the community.

Dr Laura enjoys working with her patients holistically and empowering them to be a part of their healthcare journey. She enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a special interest in shared antenatal care (Mater & RBWH aligned), fertility and all things gynaecology. She is able to provide Implanon, Mirena and Kyleena insertion. Dr Laura is also a registered MTOP (medical termination of pregnancy) provider. She has a Certificate in Women’s Health via RANZCOG as well as a Certificate in Paediatrics via the Sydney Child Health Program, so she is keen to see your little ones as they grow and develop.

Dr Laura also enjoys helping her patients to feel their best both mentally and physically – she welcomes patients to discuss their mental health and general health with her and is happy to help out with lifestyle change, motivation and weight loss counselling. She also has an interest in cosmetic medicine.

In her free time Dr Laura enjoys planning her next travel adventure. When she’s not spending time with friends & family, you may find her in a pilates class or curled up with a good book.
