Practitioner Independence
All practitioners consulting at Montier Health do so as independent practitioners conducting their own medical practices. They are not employees, partners, or agents of Montier Health. Each practitioner is solely responsible for the medical services they provide to their patients, including clinical care, professional judgement, record keeping, and billing arrangements.
Montier Health’s role is limited to providing administrative, facilities, and support services to practitioners, including consulting rooms, reception, and appointment coordination. Montier Health does not provide medical services and does not control or direct the clinical practice of practitioners.
While practitioners may collaborate as part of a patient’s broader care journey, all clinical decisions and care are made independently by the treating practitioner.
